The Laughing Lizard is a tin-roofed, three-story, Key Westy island home built in 2005, located in the quaint island community of Indian Rocks Beach just south of Clearwater Beach in the Tampa Bay area on Florida’s west coast. This casual residence is a contemporary throwback to the cottage-style architecture that speaks to Indian Rocks Beach’s roots.

The Laughing Lizard Bed & Beach House is a unique 3 condo vacation rental. Our premier condo is the 4 bedroom/4 bath 3,100 sq ft Lizard Lair which includes a Queen sleeper sofa sleeps 10. As a part of our beach house, the Lizard Lair has all the comforts of home, with a private elevator and 2-car garage.

Our family friendly 2 bedroom/2 bath Lizard Loft Treetop condo sleeps 6 with a Queen master bed, twin bunk beds, and Queen sleeper sofa.

Our Lizard Landing Honeymoon suite features a Cali King bed and full Futon sofa bed sleeps 4 with an efficiency kitchen.

All guests have access to our covered patio with 16′ RiverJet SwimSpa, outdoor dining, and grill. End the night on the front porch, just as the sun sets over Indian Rocks Beach across the way. If you want a front-row spot, walk a short 350 feet across the street to reach the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico.
